Returns Policy

Our Eco-Friendly Cloth Nappy Store facilitates a change of mind returns, and therefore offer a 30 day returns policy that begins from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of purchase then unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

 

The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging. We will also require proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for return delivery charges. We highly suggest that you always use a tracked and insured service to return items, as return of the items to their destination is the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable.

All giftcards purchased are non-refundable.
